The issue in GetHuman-finnermb's own words
I have had to be on the phone for over * hours in the last month to get my service billed and provided correctly. My latest issue came from a failure on someone’s part to stop a change in phones that no one had initiated separately on this particular day. The person I spoke with asked some type of canned questions that made little sense with issue I was having. Despite telling him countless times what number I was calling from and why the other line could not be called, he asked the sane questions about the line that had no issues. I am at a point of frustration with your service and am requesting a credit for service list today on the one line and compensate for missing an important meeting well on the line waiting to be transferred to someone who could actually fix the problem. I was told I would be called back and never was.

GetHuman-finnermb did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
