I have a Samsung Galaxy s* plus. I bought it out right a little over * years ago. I asked for it to be unlocked and att stated they did that. I took it to sprint to change carriers and the sim chip wouldn't work. Sprint stated att had to unlock it, so i verified with att that it was unlocked again. Att said it was sprint that hadvto unlock it. I decided to get to Verizon and the same thing happened, they said att needed to unlock it. I called att again, I was assured that it was unlocked and told me it was Verizon. I finally called Samsung, they looked up my device and told me it is still linked to att. Please rectify this wrong! My imei * is ***************. I honestly can't believe after *** years I have been treated in this manner. I haven't pursued in legal avenues because I still hoping it will get fixed. This past month has been a complete nightmare trying to get this resolved. Again, please rectify this wrong so I can say something good about your company. *Margie
