Hi, my name is Jessica. I have an auto pay AT&T account and I am trying to cancel my subscription as I am no longer in the United States and I cannot use my AT&T sim card anymore. When I go online to try to end my subscription I'm not able to as I need a password to log into my account but I cannot receive the email with the password as I don't have network. I have also tried to download the app and tried to do it there but when I try to create a log in I put in my phone number but I don't know what my Billing zip code is? (I am a crew member at sea and I don't know what the guy that helped me put it as) I got the sim card in Juneau, Alaska on the**th of June ****. My number is ***-***-****. Please could you help assist in ending my auto pay. I wish to end my subscription ASAP. Kind regards Jessica Marais
