You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I changed service in July of this year. I was quoted a price of $***.**. When I got my bill via email, it was $***.**. I called and questioned this several weeks ago, and was advised an investigation would take place and I would be contacted. That never happened. I made another call this morning and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was asked by the rep if this pertained to my late fees of which I have none. He advised me that a supervisor would call me back which she did. I was advised that an investigation had occurred and according to their documentation, the rep on her end was correct with the initial quote of $***.**. That amount was never quoted to me in July. I asked for the documentations to be sent to me via email. She told me they could not do that and that I needed to file a complaint. I've been trying to do that unsuccessfully all morning. If someone could please contact me at the email listed below, I will be happy to provide my documentation of the initial phone call when the change was made, the rep's name and also the supervisor's name along with the confirmation number. Thank you
