I have a billing issue and I need a representative to visit me at the phone location so I can go over all of the contacts I have talked to on this issue and discuss the items and resolutions the rep. said would be taken to resolve the issue. It has been extremely frustrating trying to get a 'real person' on the phone to discuss this issue. We are a small church and cannot afford the billing issues that have resulted from these situations. I have decreased the service requirements and get nothing but increased rates and threats of discontinued service. Please have a representative call me to set an appointment for a face to face discussion and resolution.*Office Phone - River Oaks Baptist Church, **** Long Ave, River Oaks Texas, ***-***-**** *****Home phone - Fred L. Ashabranner, ***-***-**** - Church Treasurer*I would prefer a meeting at the church on a Tuesday morning around ** AM as I do not have any standing office hours.*This issue started when you said our contract had expired so you issued a new contract without talking to an authorized representative of the church and increased out bill x*. I have talked to several clerks since then about new reduced requirements and deleted some unneeded and unused telephone numbers on our account. I made a partial payment with the understanding that would hold our account pending resolution of the issues which would be * to * billing cycles but have been unable to reach the right person to get this reviewed *Please contact me for an appointment as I have no confidence that we can handle this over the phone.
