The issue in GetHuman-bandptea's own words
We have had a problem with one of our phone lines since July**, ****. We have had crossed lines, no dial tone, a dead phone, buzzing, etc. It was scheduled to be repaired August *, but the date was postponed. After off and on phone availability a tech left a message he would need to get inside our house. The appointment was set for August **, **** between * and **. At almost ** I checked the status of our repair and noticed the claim was closed. I called repair and the person told me a tech had said he had told me it was fixed and closed. We got no such notice. When I called repair the person said our phone was still had a problem. The date was set for September *, **** for outside repair. Today, September * I checked the status and it said case closed. The phone has been dead for several days. We were given no notice that the case was closed. The phone is working today at this moment. That does not mean it will continue working. I don't know what our monthly bill is for since we have been without this phone for many days. Our number is ***-***-****. Last numbers are ***.**Thank you.*Robert Teaff
