I called at&t on ********** , I felt like it was the worst day of my life. I had already been going around in a circle it seemed as though concerning an iPhone that one of the associates convinced me to get... I told her that I was on a fixed income and I had to stay within my reach.I was with straight talk where I was paying $** a month, she said that I would be paying $** and the phone would be free and that it was a prepaid service. the phone arrived on Thursday and I got it activated that Friday, well that Saturday I receive a text message from AT&T saying that I had already used **% of my usage so this is when I went to the local AT&T store where the associate pulled up my account and informed me that the phone was post paid and it would be $** a month. So I went home and called them and I asked if I could speak with a supervisor and they said yes and put me on hold. they would come back to the phone and tell me that their supervisor was still on the phone, now these were nice, but later on someone came back to the phone and said,"I'm sorry for your wait but it want be much longer" I said thank you, then later on one came back to the phone and said, "He will speak with you in three minutes", again I said ok thank you. when they came back to the phone he says, "I can transfer you over now and he did, so all I heard was music. I was on the phone for an hour and a half, at the end of the half hour the music got louder and louder and louder and finally the phone shut off. That was hurtful and abusive to me.I was with this company when it was southern bell and as it changed and I have never been treated so bad.
