I was trying to get ATT to recombine my bills that they separated without my knowledge and having to wait * or two billing cycles. ... I had combined billing for over * years. When I cancelled Internet service, the billing was separated, without my knowledge, and credits I was getting every month were cancelled. When I try to rectify this, I am given every type of excuse or I am misdirected to the wrong dept. I have spent over * hours on the phone to correct a problem that should have taken ** minutes at the most. I need my billing to be combined and the credits re-applied to the current bill.

Ask to speak with Loyalty department agent for the service you are having problems with. If the CSR says they do.not have a number to transfer you to, they are lieing.
