You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

To whom it may concern, *I am so disappointed with the agents at AT&T. I called before cancelling to verify that I would not be charged any fees. I was assured that any fees would be waived because I never agreed to a new contact when I moved to the apartment above me. I called in over ** times.. I have transcripts from online chat that verify I would be credited any termination fees. I have been hung up on and redirected multiple times. I have been told that my account was notated properly and it hasn't been. I've been deceived by your company and your employees. I tried to be proactive and verify this info BEFORE i cancelled. My boyfriend ordered internet based on me not getting any fees with my account cancellation. I was quitting my job and staying home with my new baby. I would of kept the internet if I wasn't going to be waived any fees. I'm sorry, I am so upset that this has come to me having to look for a corporate personal to assist me. I'm so disappointed in AT&T... I have always promoted your company until now.
