hi my name is sahra everage I been a long time customer of att. I been with att since you guys had sbcglobal.net . but now iam no longer please with the services. don't get me wrong the internet I have no issues with nor I don't have any issue with the phone service. but the customer service rep are horrible. for example when you guys upgraded the internet speed for the first time you had a promotion going on so I took advanced it will be ** dollars monthly *included the ** dollars unlimited data) I agree to but I also are there hidden cost he told me no and that my bill would be between ** to *** a month that's including unlimited internet data phone) now take in mind when this promotion was running it didn't say I had to have any tv services which I do (DirecTV) and from the rudeness I'm getting from att custom service I about ready to cancel them. I am a displease customer who is ready to take my services else where. you guys been great but iam tired of having to go through hoops every month with rude customer service rep and mangers . if there anything you can do I would greatly appreciated thank you sahra
