I have been a loyal att*directv customer for years. I moved last year and was not told that when I moved service that I would be extending my directv contract by * years. That’s number * issue. Number * issue, my directv bill increased by $** and was told that I had a promotion that had run out, I was asked if I wanted to sign back up for it. I declined. I decided it was time to break ties with directv. I was never told there would be an early disconnection fee. I tried talking to someone, for two hours on the phone while at work trying to figure all this out to no avail. I am beyond frustrated. I’m just letting you know that when my att contract gets close to being done, I will take my business elsewhere. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life by a company that gets at the least $***.** a month from me.
