To Whom It May Concern, **I was appalled that your company had recently deducted -***.** on *** from my Social Security Disability payment that goes on my *debit card each and every month. That is not right, even though you have no way of knowing that was my Social Security payment. Regardless, it's just rude and incorrect to do business like that. Now, I don't know who I can trust that has my card on file. Anyway, I switched over to another provider because I was offered a "much better deal" that Direct TV would not match. No need to discuss that department, it's over and done with for now.**More importantly, since you just took my money from my account without my knowledge, you caused a $** late fee on my mortgage payment. I could not make that payment, and also * credit card late payment fees at the same $** which totally $***. I'm a reasonable person and for the most part never complain, unless I think I'm in the right. I would hope that your company with us being a previously loyal customer would credit back *my debit card $*** for the first reason, a lack of understanding that people on SSD don't work, each and every penny is needed. My last bill to you would have been paid the following week, but with my wife's credit card that was on account, because she works and has income to cover bills that I can't some months. We switch paying from different credit cards. I had been a loyal customer for many years, but times have changed. We still have AT&T as our cell phone provider, at least we're staying loyal in your other acquisition.*I hope you can understand and credit my card asap.
