I was recently sold on the idea of switching over *porting over * wireless lines from Sprint to AT&T on the basis of a better network, better customer service all at a much better price. The deal included *** reward cards for every line I port over and additional credits for the value of the device I trade in. My price being quoted included also insurance on all my devices along with applicable taxes and never was there a mention of activation *upgrade fees being applied to my bill. The entire port process was a nightmare to say the least, not only did the AT&T Mobility specialist spend the entire evening in my home from about *:**PM to midnight but he still left my home with * of my seven devices not being activated successfully. In the first hours, days of having AT&T service I faced much of an inconvenience and dissatisfaction with AT&T. Now receiving my first bill I see that I am being slammed with **.** activation fee for every line switched to AT&T. This was never something mentioned, discussed nor agreed to and need to file an official dispute of this.
