I have so far spent over two hours today talking to your customer support people to find out the order was never made!*My name: Bruce Maldonado******@***.com**** Hemlock Loop, Thorne Bay, AK ******I LIVE ON AN ISLAND IN S.E. ALASKA*Ref: CX*******************ORDER: New service, * line, unlimited*ORDER: Kyeocera Duraforce Pro II phone (must be able to also operate in *G area)*I provided my SSN for Credit Check, credit card for taxes on phone purchase etc. Was told by MONIQUE (who was very polite) that she was having trouble getting my address or any address in my city to authenticate. I asked to speak to a supervisor, after an additional ** minutes I had to go. Was told that she would send me an email etc confirming the phone was being shipped or not. The end result, no email, no service, no phone has been ordered, nobody there seems to know I ******* exist, and yes you ran my SSN so there's an unnecessary inquiry on my credit which I am sure you will do again lowering my credit score yet again. And for the love of God I am going to go off on the next person that tells me "We are werry werry Sorry".
