I ordered * phones and had multiple HOURS on the phone trying to resolve my issue of tracking my order. for some reason no one could find it even though I had order confirmation emails and even had pending payments on my CC for the tax of the phone. No one was helpful and both my husband and myself kept getting transferred to another person who always had a different story about what was going one. I have NEVER had such bad customer service, where NO ONE was trying to help or even seemed too interested in helping. This was completely disgusting and I can't believe a large company like AT&T can't have better customer service. I want to know how you will keep me happy and make this better? I will continue to complain and call out AT&T on all levels until you reach out to me and tell me how you can make this better!
