Hello, I'm and AT&T happy customer. I have you take my monthly payment for TV*Internet out of my banking account monthly.**I received a notice in my email that this past month you could not get the "money" and needed information. I responded by email. No response.**So I drove to the AT&T building and talked with the lady and told her what I thought was the problem, namely that PNC sent me a new card, same number but different date of expiration and diff. code. Fine, she got on the phone and I gave her all my information, my card and she did all for me on the phone from her end. When she finished she said you have a zero balance and they showed a zero balance. OK ... Good.**I got home and there was another note that I am not past due in my payment. And then a phone message (computer) not a real person. Saying I owe money. Then I get another email thanking me for setting up direct payment (apparently this is what the lady at the AT&T company did when I visited the office. Help.) Can you assist me? **I don't know what else to do? I have tried and tried and driven to the location and can not get a resolution to this.
