Here is a letter that i sent with my last, incorrect, bill:**ATT*July **, *******Re: Account Number: ***********I have spent numerous hours trying to get you to fix your billing errors and I am very frustrated by your lack of professionalism and response.**In February I signed up for one year with ATT, switching from Spectrum at a stated fee per month. I have had technical support out to my home no less than six times to resolve equipment problems. *In May I received a bill stating that my monthly rate would increase from$***.** to $***.** the following month. There was no explanation. *On May ** I had a technician here, Herschel, he changed a box and said the system would not allow him to show this as a replacement but added it as an additional box. I called ATT billing on May ** spoke with Coby and Simon, a supervisor. He said the system showed that I requested an additional box, which I did not. He also stated that the system shows a monthly fee of $***.**, despite my recent bill stating it would increase. *My bill for June showed a new receiver for $**, a Technician install fee of $***.** and receiver fee of $*.**, none of which is appropriate. *I then numerous calls to ATT billing on July *: ****st call was a * minute wait the phone disconnected (I also have ATT phone service which is terrible)* ****nd call about *:** pm spoke with Mark and was put on hold for ** minutes then get a fast, repeating busy signal and call dropped* ****rd call on hold for ten minutes ** seconds then answered by Var (?) and di asked for a supervisor and after a total of ** minutes plus, the phone disconnected****th call answered by Lilly – told her I was frustrated with the terrible service and the phone disconnected****th call answered by Alexis and I requested a supervisor and specifically asked that I not be put on hold, I was transferred to a phone and got a message, “the wireless person you are calling is not available” and the phone disconnected****th call was put in queue and I hung up after ** minutes of inaction****th call I made to tech services and requested a technician come to address the problem that was apparently caused by Herschel’s inability to put accurate information in system on May ***July **, Luis form tech services came and inventoried the equipment I have installed. He was to forward the problems to his manager, Omar. Luis also stated he would be in the warehouse in the coming days and would search for old boxes. *The enclosed check in the amount of $***.** is the contracted amount. You must remove the inappropriate fees form this bill immediately. *It is clear that you have no customer service and don’t see the need for it either.
