The issue in GetHuman-pvmasica's own words
Dear AT&T,*I am DIRECTV's longest subscription customer, I have had DIRECTV service since **** when it was Hughes TV and I intend to separate my business relationship with AT&T soon. I went through this same issue last year until Debbie, Executive Secretary to Randall J. Stephenson, CEO of AT&T intervened to save AT&T from losing their longest customer, her direct phone number is (***) ***-****. Attached you will find a Email PDF to Mr. Stephenson from last year that Debbie responded to via phone, I do not intend to impose on Debbie again by calling her even though during our multiple phone conversations last year she invited me to do so. I do intend to have the State of Minnesota Attorney General's office impose on AT&T Inc. if I'm not provided with my complete history of all monthly payments I have made since becoming a customer of DIRECTV. I am making a request for this information now before I separate.** In February of this year, AT&T changed my account number from ******* to ********* and also increased my monthly rate of $***.** to $***.** from without my agreement. I made a verbal agreement with Debbie to submit payments of $***.** one month in advance to avoid late fees because I pay all my bills at the beginning of the month and Debbie informed me it is impossible to change my billing cycle. I have continued this practice even though AT&T increase my monthly rate without my agreement. Today AT&T insulted me with a late payment notice via email, I kept my agreement but AT&T has broke theirs. Please see attached email PDF.**I made one attempt to get my billing corrected by calling customer service earlier this year to no avail and I'm displeased with AT&T customer service. If AT&T doesn't care about the longest DIRECT subscriber then AT&T doesn't care about any of it's customers and I'm positive their are other parties who would be interested in how AT&T treats it's most loyal customer. Please feel free to call Debbie and ask her about me to verify this email.**I will give AT&T one month from today to provide me with my entire monthly payment history.
