need corporate escalation unit to service administration problems with a Session Based Account that has been active since **********. we have unsuccessfully tried to manage this with three representatives thus far including a team manager in TN by the name of Veronica Lynn and a Sales Rep in FL by the name of Scott Zabrek
GetHuman3230791 did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
