Hi there, **I was told on **** by a female representative named Vee that because I was bundling my services (internet and tv) that I would be able to receive a $*** gift card that would be sent via the mail in about * weeks after instillation. I had the TV services installed on ****. I am unable to look up anything about this online, so I just wanted to follow up on this to be sure I am gifted the $*** I was promised when I signed up. I was also told that I would be paying $**.***month for TV & internet for ** months, but I am not seeing any of this online on my account. Lastly, I was told I would receive Starz, HBO, & cinemax channels free for three months as part of the promotion. However, these channels have not yet been available.**I had written an email on June * inquiring about my $*** reward card. I received a reply on June * stating to wait until June **th and if I still hadn’t heard anything please contact you back. Well it is June **th and I still haven’t heard anything... I am reaching out now because I will be busy tomorrow (the **th). Anyways, I am following up about my rewards card via email. Right now I am still currently on hold via the phone (I’ve been on hold for ** min and ** seconds). So if someone could please reply via email so we can get this figured out I would appreciate it.
