Hi. *So I helped my ** year old Aunt with hooking up internet and a digital phone with you, she just moved back to Michigan. I took the day off, went to her house the day AT&T was to come. Not confirmation, no calls, no show. I called to confirm that morning because no one from Att called us, and, was given thumbs up. The window passed, I called, and was told they weren’t coming. No calls from you, nothing. We waited * hours, no calls until I called you, and were dismissed from your staff so nonchalantly and rudely I can’t believe it. We are set for next week, another * days. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I did this to my patients where I work, and trust me, I never would because of my work ethic, I would have been fired. No one cared that I took a day off, no one offered compensation, I mean, her first month of internet should be free, and it should have been offered right away. I understand you have contracted people that come out to install, but do you care that we sat there with nothing?? I mean, not even a call! They had our number, so no excuses. So now next week do I come again? Do I take off of work? This is so unacceptable! Also, getting in touch with customer service is not easy. I called a number someone from ATT gave me, and boy, she was bloody rude. I wondered if she actually knows the definition of Customer Service or what that means? Do you??
