Someone has fraudulently suspended my DirecTV account. **Today we noticed that our DirecTV service was not working, so we followed the directions about resetting the box. When that didn't work, I logged into our DirecTV (now myATT) account and was surprised to see an alert saying "Your Account has been suspended." When I called the support line, I was told "you requested a suspension *false* and there's nothing we can do about it for ** days *doubtful*."**It is not a payment issue (this month's autopay happened just last week and the balance is $*). **Any guidance on who I should contact would be greatly appreciated.
