Hello. I’m having a issue with my bill. Someone that was on my plan decided they need to be off my plan and migrated her number and three others off of it. I wanted to wait until the next billing cycle but she was impatient. So since the billing is always paid for the coming month, I have two weeks or so on that month’s bill paid for * lines that didn’t exist for those two weeks. What I would like is a partial credit back for that time frame. I don’t have an exact figure, but two weeks for those four numbers is probably roughly $***. Seeing as how my bill was prepaid, and when she switched the lines and prepaid herself, AT&T isn’t really going to be out anything and is technically currently ahead by the amount I’m asking for back.
