You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Original letter date ********May **, *****Account *************RE: “Amount Due”*Dear AT&T,*I received your final notice and letter of potential collection efforts, which comes on the heels of * months of continual calls to your customer service department and many hours of recorded conversations between myself and them, with firm assurances from them that I do in fact, owe you $*.**I have spent hours on hold and in these conversations (and in getting disconnected) to get this resolved. Each and EVERY time, your team assured me that it was completely handled and that I would NEVER receive a bill from you again, since I did cancel my service (after ** years of being a loyal customer.) The handling of this situation by your company confirms that I was accurate in my choice to switch carriers.*However, since your team failed three times to provide the assurances in writing (after promising they would), I am taking the time to send this to you in writing so that I don’t have to go through this process yet again. To go to collections on your mistake would be adding insult to injury.*I was told AGAIN this evening (****) on a recorded line) that my account is being zeroed out. I was told this by Alberto (Badge ID AC***G) who assured me that his supervisor Pablo (Badge ID G*VJ***) would have this done no later than **** and I would receive it in writing. (Obviously, I got the badges this time since I’ve been told this * previous times by your company that I would receive written confirmation.)*I suggest that you check with these team members in case they do NOT update the files as they say they will. Better yet, please check the notes on my account, since each time I was assured this has been done, so a track record does exist that I do not owe your company money.*Update ****-I wrote and mailed you a letter detailing this and am adding this addendum. It is three days AFTER I was supposed to receive my letter from your team. It STILL has NOT arrived- AGAIN. I would like confirmation ASAP that this has been resolved.*Since I have taken my time to do all the right steps, I request that you send me a final statement that this has been handled once and for all. Sadly, I would have come back as a customer, had this not occurred. After all that you spend in advertising to get new customers, perhaps you should spend the money on infrastructure, taking care of the customers you have or treating those you have lost a little better and do what you say you will.*I look forward to my zeroed statement.
