Gu**** George will not let me supervisor he claims he need to verify my account and I did that already before I got to him and he was trying to help me I didn’t need his help I was already lie to by AT&T stating that they called FEDX and change my mother address and FEdX said they couldn’t change the address over the phone they have to submit paperwork and my credit card has been charge. And I ask for a refunded and the supervisor stated no he couldn’t give me a refund until the phone was returned even if we didn’t have the phone. The only thing he could do was have me order another phone and pay for another phone. And once the *st phone was returned they can refund my money will be refund please tell me how that sound. When it was the agent that mess up the address up.At&t was not been helpful at all! This was a Mother’s Day gift and it is now going on **th May and my mother don’t have a gift from me. I was also told by another representative just order something else until the phone get there. I don’t even want to deal with AT&T anymore the lack of customer service and care is awful! I’m waiting to see how this supervisor treat me it’s like they point the figure at another company when I do business with AT&T not the other company I expect AT&T to come through I don’t do business with FEDX. Going forward into this problem my husband Edmond called on the **th May at * P.M. when he got home and spoke with several reps and supervisor in several different departments until * P. M. and didn’t get anywhere after he was told he was going get another phone set to our mother and only charge the tax because the phone is with AT&T. But the last rep informed us that yes the phone is with them but not scan in bit maybe they will scan in by Monday! So I took over the call then and asks yet again if they could just refund my money and yet again I was told NO! Not until AT&at get the phone, the same phone that’s sitting on their warehouse just haven’t been scan in! The same phone that AT&T want charger me for breaking the * year contract even though I was told I have ** days to change my mind and never got the phone so I shouldn’t even be charge a restocking fee. I never even seen the phone! That’s right Wait AT&T want even give me my money back their holding on too my funds claiming that’s how they protect their merchandise even though it’s in their warehouse! Not with the customer or in route or with FEDX it’s with them so they can’t refund my funds! And to top that off only suggest they can give to my husband and me is one buy another phone or add a lime to my account! Why would I when they doing business like this! So back to when I took over the call on the **th May around * PM I ask the representative to refund my money and cancel all six of my lines and she refused to do so. She tried to put a supervisor on the phone with me so after going back and forth with her I agree to speak with the supervisor and waited for a few minutes supervisor never came on the representative came back on stating the supervisor was going over my account and I said there is nothing to go over I just want to cancel and she was saying I had to fill documents out so I said I will just go in the store. I just don’t understand how we. I don’t understand how we could get such terrible service and how the whole time the only thing that was important to the representative and siphon each department was to get us to spend more money and not to help us. And that is terrible service and I’m okay with a company that don’t care about their customer just about their money
