I have been with Direct TV for many years. I was given incorrect information on my service call. They did not come as planned. My service has been in and out for months (i travel so watch the DVR and don’t have time to call your company, it takes too much time to get help). I have had the worst experience with Direct Tv*Att and would like a call from a supervisor (I have tried). My phone * ***-***-****

I had a very frustrating experience. I booked a technician for Saturday, **** because an ATT representative told me that I would be the first appointment at *am and the tech would be done so I could keep my meeting appointment at **am. I told the rep I know that she can not guarantee me the first appointment and I did have to leave at **am. She insisted I would be first so I booked it. The tech called at **:**am to say he would be there at *:**. I called and tried to cancel at *****am but was put on hold and then then the call dropped. My service has been in and out for months but I am sometimes only home for a few days at a time and the time it takes to report anything through the phone system is just not conducive to having a life. I wish I could email someone. I do all the things I am supposed to do before I call but it still takes forever. **Sorry, I just wrote the problem again. I re-booked the appointment for Tuesday and the tech came and fixed the problem. It did take him * hours but he was professional and I am glad it is working.*I would like compensation from ATT. I called and got a representative who applied a small amount off my bill. I would like my trial HBO, Showtime, etc, extended and I think ATT should let me try the upgraded package so I can see if I like having TNT and Lifetime enough to purchase. I won’t do it without a free trial.
