Good evening,**Over the past few days I have spent a total amount of * hours on the.ime with different customer service members at ATT and have not been able get an answer**I purchased an LG G* thin Q on April *st due to offer a $*** promotional credit card through AT&T if the phone was ordered ONLINE through AT&T and activated. Once activated I should have received an email or a letter with the promotional claim information **The phone was ordered on April *st and activated on April *rd. To date I have not received any information regarding the promotional award and have been unsuccessful in my several attempts in calling different areas.**I contacted the social media team who ultimately said they could t help me despite me sending a copy of the promotion showing I met the qualifications. I was told to contact the rewards department.**After calling and speaking with several more representatives my issue still remains unsolved.**I tried the live chat did not get anywhere. I spent approximately * hours on the phone last night again. I called the number for the rewards center got someone and a manager on the line and was advised I needed to call the Att service center.** I called them and spoke with a representative and his manager who said the final approval is needed from the reward center and provided me with the same number you previously had.**I called the reward center for a second time spoke with a Manger named Nicole who told me the rebate center as they didn't offer reward cards of $***.**I called the rebate center and they referred me back to the reward center. I requested a Manger and the manager disconnected my call when they picked up.**I am truly at my wits end and have never experienced this poor level of service before. My frustration is to the extent that I am contemplating terminating my service.
GetHuman-rehorne did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
