You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Amount $**.**, Account *************,Electronic payment sent on ********, Estimated Delivery ********, Confirmation* *******, Pay From Draft ******, Payee Information,Payee Name AT&T Mobility,Payee Address PO BOX ****, CAROL STREAM, IL. *****-****. AT&T is dunning me for non payment of this account. I have spoken to six different people in order to resolve this situation & this is the third time this information has been sent. The last person I spoke to, some supervisor, when asked why it took so long to reach him said that PROTOCOL was being followed & that i should have the bank FAX a remittance pipeline or a copy of both sides of the check. He had already been told it was an electronic transfer. Obviously he did not listen to what was said & also intimated through his attitude that it was the fault of either mine or the bank. I would like this resolved in a quick & civil manner. William E. Keller
