Dear CEO of AT&T, *I’m Derrell Davis I currently have account with AT&T and it unlimited and I had this account since August ****, and when I got this service I thought it was the best thing but it wasn’t my bill was always so high that it was hard for me to honestly keep up with the payment not knowing or was told until after the fact that ever time they go in and change your plan you get charge for it in your next billing cycle which is very disappointing if the customer was never inform about this and I call customer million trying to fix that situation and with me running late with bill payment and I get the run around and you speak with people who really don’t speak the language that clear for you to understand you get pass around from department to department and you get hang up on all this happen to me every time I call for help or assistance. I’m not rich I’m struggling to maintain but I do work I also have other bill to attend to and all I want was some assistance with getting Extension on my current bill which is $*** and i add $*** to bring it down hoping to get that extension but they told me I can’t because it not other options to extend it and I know that not true. Right now I owe $*** and I currently need to $*** for my bill to be current and I can’t afford it right because I have other bill that fall around the same time I need to pay for my services with AT&T, I love the service but the customer service is disrespectful and Rude and not very helpful at all. And im just asking for someone to help me that all I don’t want my phone off because I honestly need I just ask if someone can help me. I’m Derrell Davis **********.
