Help with my AT&T issue

Good evening *My name is Luis Cartagena I am a new Customer with AT&T I signed up for cell phone and Internet service. I was a customer with T-Mobile for * years I decided to try AT&T hoping per referral from a few friends and coworkers. Sadly I can confidently say I’ve had the worst experience with customer service ever. I was supposed to receive my Internet service installation today and took half a day off of work to be at home to meet the installer which no one ever showed I ended up calling four times AT&T to try to get some help no help i’ve spent numerous hours on the phone with different agents only to be told at the end that I would have to reschedule my installation. I spoke to one agent first and was told that my ticket was open and my Internet would be installed, then I spoke to another agent by the name of Noah and was told the same and also told i would be Recieving a phone call back and was even given a false ID number. Then I spoke to another agent name Leni Who said I would be receiving a callback from her supervisor within ** minutes to an hour never received a phone call back then I spoke to a Nother agent in another department where they help with the scheduling of Internet service only to be told by her that my Internet was not going to get installed today and that I would have to reschedule for the end the week which is totally unacceptable because I’ve dropped my other Internet and phone provider that I was with nine years. They are currently trying to expedite my installation and now I’m being told that they will call me within the next hour to reschedule. It is currently right now *:** PM at night my whole day is lost and my personal day at work . I am really asking myself if I’ve made a huge mistake signing up with AT&T being that I work for such a huge company the Home Depot and we pride ourselves on customer service.
