I ordered * cellphones and service through AT&T in October ****. Since then, one cell phone does not work. Somehow it was reported stolen. I have never reported it stolen. Long story short, I have called customer service over ** times and it's still not corrected. I've paid for a phone for * months that DOES NOT WORK. I have gone to the AT&T store and shown them my ID. The phone was shipped from AT&T. Why can you not correct the problem? This is ridiculous. I will not recommend AT&T to anyone. Can we get this corrected? I dont understand how a BRAND NEW PHONE from AT&T is blacklisted. Please either correct the issue or I expect a refund and I'll ship the phone back to AT&T.
