Hello, *I’m writing this email with regret and frustration so apologies for the the negativity. But I’ll start by saying that I’ve never dealt with worse customer service in my life. I’ve had att&t for a year and a half now. I was with Comcast but decided to change when a door to door salesman came by and told me about a new fiber optic internet that was actually faster than Comcast. With the deal I’d get all the channels, faster internet, and a new cell phone plan all through att&t for a much cheaper price than Comcast. I decided to leave Comcast after * years of service. Just recently I called numerous times because my bill had skyrocketed! Once I found somebody who was helpful I was able to get my bill back down to where it was but little did I know I’d lose half of my channels. I had also called because a couple of the remote weren’t working right and they were never sent! Most recently, and most importantly, my internet has been awful. As a result, my on demand doesn’t even have enough internet speed to watch shows on demand, so as a result my cable isn’t working properly. I called yesterday on the phone and waited close to half hour to get somebody on the line after calling three different numbers to get me to the correct number to call. I was on the phone with a gentleman who was trying to be helpful but was very hard to understand. I’m not completely he understood the problem that I have so I asked to talk to a supervisor. He put me on hold for * minutes, came back on and said all supervisors are busy, and told me to stay by my phone and i would have a supervisor calling me back in the next hour. They never did! So right now, I’ve spent hours of just trying to get a hold of somebody and a months of service that are not working properly. I don’t have time to sit and wait on the phone for somebody who may or may not be able to help me! Can you PLEASE have a supervisor call me or direct this email to somebody who can make that happen.
