Have it corrected like the woman who is representing At&t told us ... I have been going back and forth with At&t for weeks now trying to get this issue resolved. An At&t in home specialist talked us into switching over from T-Mobile and save money on our bill. We were supposed to get all activation fees waived, with all the credits she gave us our first bill was supposed to be $** and $*** a month, mind you our bill at T-Mobile was $*** so we switched over thinking we were saving. Our first months bill was $*** and $*** every month after. We got service December ** and the bill came out * days later so we contacted the in home soulutions manager who started our service and she said she would take care of it. She called in and told customer service she was me and I guess set up a payment arrangement and added some Visa card that does not belong to me. I figured everything was taken care of since I kept getting messages from At&t thanking us for the payment. March comes around and the bill is $****, that is crazy so we called in and had our services restored and a woman from the loyalty department guaranteed the service throughout the investigation and this was the third time they opened a case and never followed through, so here we are still without a phone and I have been calling, tried to make a payment and my bank kept declining the payment because At&t kept charging the full amount without our activation fees being waived. We never received our bogos we should have three and there are only two that does not reflect on the bill we have late fees restoral fees returned payment fees and more. I have asked them to listen to a few calls so they can see I offered to make a payment throughout the investigation and the customer rep told me not to until we know what’s owed and also the person calling in making arrangements was not me, she represents At&t so I should have been notified and now it’s where they will not let me make an arrangement nor turn the phones on and I feel scammed. Contact me by email I have more things to say and I am going to have my text messages printed out from the in home representative. We are not the only ones having this issue. Thank you
Start over or do what they promised if not switch me back to tmobile
I just switched over but T-Mobile will tell you the ** years with them I kept my bill payed.
