Hi my name is Tyisha Daniels and I have been without service since March **st, ****. I was given a appointment for March **th for a technician to come out and no one came out. I called and was told that they were fixing the problem outside and that no one would be coming which should have been told to me before they scheduled me a appointment. Since Tuesday March **st I have still been without service and today is March **th. When I contact customer service I get no results or no answers in regards to when my service will be fixed or what the next step will be to get my service fixed. I have been contacting Customer Service since Thursday March **th, ****.
