I canceled my internet account earlier this year. Talked to * or * people on the phone because I kept getting transferred just like everytime I call att for help. Apparently after going through the hassle of canceling and telling them why I want to cancel * or * times and telling them I don't want promotions and discount service multiple times, my account was never canceled, im still getting billed, and now im being charged a cancelation fee because im still under contract which i was told wouldnt be an issue and that fee would be waived because I wasn't happy with the service. I was told today that att has 'no record' of me ever canceling....seriously....I even returned my equipment last month. How can I still have service if I don't even have your equipment anymore. **I want all fees and charges waived for canceling my internet service....again. I've had nothing but bad customer and technical service with your company since i moved * months ago. Ive gotten rid of directv and internet because of both experiences and will no longer be a customer when my phone lease is up.
