I had prior arrangement set up last week which I forgot about after loosing a love one my mind totally forgot and once it got cut off I called ATT and that’s when I was informed and I was like omg so I ask what can I do and the rep told me that I can still pay the arrangement that I had set up to get it back on so that’s what I did and he informed me that I can call back after the payment is posted so when I call to see what date I can pay and I was told no later than **th and I know I could not pay again a week later so I need help on this I have tried but not resolved pls inform me what I can do before my service is cut off today I was told by one rep that I may can pay something towards it n set the other out but I can’t afford to pay another $*** today and I said that last week and he said once this payment is posted just call back n get more time I have been with you all * years and this can’t be how I get treated just bc I had something going on with loosing a family close family member it’s not like I was not trying to pay so can I get some more time at least to APRIL THANK YOU
