March **, ******AT&t Customer Service Representative:*******@***.com** I had several chats about cancelling this account ***-***-****, beginning August ****. Instead of cancelling the account was placed in suspension per your customer rep’s suggestion.* I was never advised that the account will be automatically reactivated if I did not cancel current suspension.* The account was activated to a plan without my knowledge and approval.* In August ****, prior to leaving the USA, I asked what I had to do up reactivate my account and was told that all I had to do is call to reactivate when I returned to USA.* I am still out of the country.* * * As soon as I received this new bill *on April **,*I contacted your customer service to advise you I disagree with the bill as I have not use this phone to date. In addition, I had blocked calls received that I did not recognize. A subsequent chat with customer Rep. Samson, let me believe* the account was suspended again and my bill was only $**.**. The following day, when I tried to pay the adjusted and credited amount I was unable to pay the reduced amount, and I was still overcharged.* *On April *** after several prior failed contacts in chat mode, I was able to contact from Costa Rica, rep Rikki and sup Angelica and dissatisfied with the service and unauthorized overcharge I permanentky cancell this account.** I had intended six months prior to cancel this account because I mi longer needed your service in Costa Rica. *Again your representative suggested I suspended the account and upon my return the USA to call to reactivate. She never said that the account will revert back to my old plan after six months, she was not clear and I never received clarity. It must be noted that in August I had a refund due to change of status, which you used for payments against suspended plan, which served me no purpose. ** It must be noted that even in writing mode, your supervisor came across very rude, hence, I told her to terminate this account, which should had happened in August ****. I disagree to AT&t bureaucratic tactics and miss handling of my account. I have since paid $**.** due and see you in arbitration. I will not be bullied by this company.* They have taken my money when I did not need the services while out of the country in Costa Rica.**Bellow are some of the calls I started to receive which I do not recognize and blocked ****** (***) ***-******.
