First off let me start by saying I had successful services the entire year of **** and have been with At&t mobile for *** years. At the beginning of this year(January ****) I moved and needed my services transferred to my new place. After many calls to At&t*Direct Tv Customer Service throughout the last *-* months I am past the point of frustration. I had to get my direct tv services canceled due to the fact many technicians and customer service representatives could not do their job properly. After many calls, time, and money wasted a supervisor had assured me that it was not my fault that the "early cancellation fee" would be waived and since my balance was all caught up and I would not owe anything else for direct tv. I have been assured over and over on the phone when I could finally talk to someone that actually knew something that I was correct and I should not owe anything. But I am still receiving countless statements saying that I owe money for services I DID NOT receive. I have wasted HOURS on the phone each week trying to get things figured out and I either get hung up on while someone is transferring my call or I am told someone will call me back and no one does. PLEASE HELP!!
