Hi I have received an email stating that I have exceeded $***.** in international data overage charges for ***.***.**** I am travelling abroad and switched off roaming and cellular data since I left with the exception of one day last week when I turned it on for one day and switched it off before I boarded my flight and did not switch it on until earlier today and I received this message. I was double charged the last time I travelled abroad also and spent over an hour and there different calls getting the double charges taken care of as I was charged for the $** international daypass and international calls. It was finally resolved and now I am abroad again and I am being charged without having cellular switched on. I only have used wifi when I am staying at hotels. Now my line seems to have been disabled and I cannot call to discuss. This is unprofessional beyond belief. My wife has Mobile and she has not had a sonhel issue with her travel abroad. I want this resolved immediately.
