When I purchased my new handheld device there was an ad which said that with the purchase of a new phone you could receive $** or $** at&t airtime by texting free to *****, I purchased a new phone and followed the steps for the free airtime but never received it. The reason I chose at&t was partly because of this, not getting the airtime has been a real disappointment and I would like to know why I never did? Thank you.
