On March **, **** I visited a local store to have my monthly family plan GB lowered. I was paying for ** GB a month and my family rarely used over **. **I spoke with a young man, Tyler. There wasn’t anyone else in the store when I walked in and he greeted me and helped me right away. We went through options and he said I was good to go in a matter of minutes. **I walked out feeling accomplished.**Later that night I received an email from Tyler stating what we had discussed and the new monthly quote. I panicked. It was almost double what I was already paying so I knew something wasn’t right. When I replied to the email after clicking on Tyler’s email address link provided in the email, it immediately bounced back.**T*****@***.com**In the next * days I went to my usual local store and Randall took care of me. He confirmed that Tyler hadn’t done what he said he had done on thursday. Randall however resolved my issue.**I don’t need anything further just wanted to alert someone of Tyler’s error.
