No Accountability! Missed appointments. Rescheduled appointment after rescheduled appointment. Appointments rescheduled on dates and times I did not agree to. * weeks installation not completed. Long waits. Over * hr to speak with the first contact call with a supervisor who could not provide no more relief than a customer service rep. Frustrated because I have taken off work twice to be available for appointments that did not happen with no contact from AT&T
