I placed an order on March **th **** and received a ship date of between March **-March **th. Today is Marchthe **th and I receive an email stating the delivery timeframes changed to April **th-April **th. I called shipping to see what had happened. They told me that the item was placed on backorder. I questioned as to why I was given the original ship date if the company knew it was on back order. The shipping representative then told me "the item was not on back order when you ordered it." Why didn't the item ship if it wasnt on backorder at the time of the order?
