I insist on rec. a paper bill for my records or manage my bill. Every month I have had to call because of overcharges. Had to cancel espn and NBC sports to keep my monthly charges in line with my budget. I start off with billing and wind up with retention. Hopefully it is now straightened out. I notice from past statements att issues on the **th of ea mo and I usually get my paper bill the latter part of ea mo and it is due by the *th of ea mo. Don't know if there is a delay at the po or your delay in processing my payment but you try to bill me for late payment.i have consistently paid you on time. You tell me I am a member of att thanks but I don't feel any loyalty from you folks. Just have to get this off my chest. I have all my services with att
