Discontinued wireless phone service for ***-***-**** on AT&T account ********** on Feb. *, ****. The full auto payment of $**.** was taken on Feb. **, **** (covering monthly charges for Jan ** - Feb **). I am therefore entitled to a refund of approx $** for service that I prepaid for from Feb * to Feb **.*I contacted AT&T customer service by phone shortly after the auto pay was made and was told I would be receiving a check for the overpayment. When I called customer service on Mar **th to followup I was told that my current bill was $* and I was not entitled to a refund. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, another representative came on the phone and after I explained all over again the situation I was put on hold and then disconnected. Needless to say, I am a very disgruntled former customer at this point and not willing to just forget about the whole thing, Its not really about the money as much as the principal!!*Sheila Smith
