I currently have internet and U-Verse. My account number is ********* and my passcode is ****. I built a new house and moved into it in October ****. Since then, I have had technicians come out monthly to fix my internet. Please look at my history. What do I want? I would like to have internet that doesn’t disrupt my smart home, alarm system, TV, and internet on a monthly basis. I am tired of the apologies. I’d like more than a $** credit or just a credit for the “days lost”. Is this typical? Do all customers have this many problems? I am at the point now where I just expect that a tech will have to come out monthly. I’d also like this escalated to the highest levels because someone needs to know that there are problems such as these.
