I have been a long time AT&T customer and have always loved your company. I needed to add a line and needed new phones. I did the buy one give one deal on the phones and added a line. So we went from * lines to *. When my bill came it showed * lines. When I called they said they would have to charge me a cancellation fee if I wanted to get rid of *th line. * *** hours on the phone! It was supposed to have been resolved but now I have a charge for $*** on my bill. Called again and was told it cannot be resolved, another hour or so on the phone. So, now we will be paying for both phones and canceling all services with the company I have been with for about ** years... goodbye DirectTV and AT&T.
