had an installation appointment between *-** am. No arrival* called at ** am. Spoke to "Tet" in the Phillapines* no information. Transferred me to stateside* spoke to Jarad in technical support, no information. Spoke to Sarah (supervisor) after ** minute wait (now **:**)* while waiting, received a call from technician who JUST received the order. **Incredibly disrespectful of customer's time. Should be informed of status* should honor appointment or, at very least, be given ETA of arrival. Only reason a technician responded was because I called! this is the **st century* you guys are in the communication business. LET"S COMMUNICATE!**Now, I'm angry. Ruins my day....Shame on you.
