In November ****, I called about my internet service. I was not living at my home because I was assisting with healthcare for a relative. I was paying for services that were not being used. I spoke with a representative that had the account put on vacation hold. I paid what was owed at that. In January ****, I called ATT and had the account cancelled, since I was still not in my home. I received a final bill from ATT for $**.**. Not understanding why, I called to inquire. I was told the final bill is for restoral charges from November???? My account was put on vacation hold in November, I was not using the service why this charge???? When I asked this question it could not be answered. So basically my final bill is not for services I received, but a fee charged by ATT. I do not think this is fair considering I paid for months for services that I was not using. Can anyone assist.
