The issue in GetHuman-amynieuw's own words
Hello, **I recently bought a home and scheduled an AT&T technician to come out and install our internet. The installation seemed to go fine and I was in the house the whole time. **Later that evening I noticed my business cell phone was no longer on the kitchen counter (near wear the technician was installing). I am very disturbed to tell you that it was stolen by the AT&T technician. No one else besides myself was in my house that day and when I went to check Find my iPhone (grateful for that feature) it showed up ** minutes away! After getting the cops involved we find out it was sold to a man in a Burger King by a man named Maurice... who was our install technician. I finally got it back * days later. **All of this to say, at the least I would like my installation fee waived. A consolation gift card would also be appreciated for the hassle and negative (and rather scary) experience. Not a fun way to start my time in my new home. **Please let me know how you are going to resolve this issue. Thank you.**Amy Nieuwsma
